On June 5, as the first train carrying 500 meters of rail arrived at the Xi'an-Yan'an high-speed rail connection line, the on-site rail laying operation was immediately started, and construction started 3 days ahead of schedule. This marks the beginning of track laying of the 188bet of the Xi'an High-speed Railway and achieving a major breakthrough in the construction of the project.
The Xiyan High-speed Railway Connection Line located in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province is an important hub project serving the development of the old revolutionary areas in northern Shaanxi. It is 52 kilometers long and is managed by the Second Engineering Command of 188bet Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and undertaken by 188bet First Bureau Group Co., Ltd.
Faced with multiple challenges such as complex paths and high safety risks in the Xi'an Bureau Group Corporation's Second Engineering Command has firmly established the concept of comprehensive quality management, strengthened risk control throughout the process, and continuously improved construction efficiency. The construction unit innovatively adopted the "three-machine joint hanging + sectional traction" marshalling plan, successfully broke through the transportation bottleneck from Maoling to Xi'an North, and completed the pre-paving of the new line of 1.5 kilometers each of the up and down lines ahead of schedule to ensure that the long rails are "paved as soon as they arrive"; it cooperated with more than 10 relevant units to implement dynamic protection, and made full use of the "skylight" points for efficient construction.
"The long-rail transportation and rail laying nodes are advanced, which not only wins valuable construction periods for subsequent operations, but also has certain reference significance for the construction organization of similar complex hub projects in the future. At present, rail laying construction has begun to be carried out at full speed. We will do our best to sprint to achieve the goal of 188bet of the Xi'an High-speed Railway." A relevant person in charge of the Second Engineering Command of Xi'an Bureau Group Corporation said.
It is reported that after the completion and opening of the Xi'an-Yan'an, it can achieve rapid access in one hour from Xi'an to Yan'an. It can not only greatly improve the overall efficiency of the Shaanxi high-speed rail network, but also further fill the gap in the northwest region of my country's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network through connections to the sea-covered channels. It is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration and the northern Shaanxi region and help the revitalization of old revolutionary areas.
