The telescope used by Fang Fuqin, the old Red Army.

This pair of rusty and vicissitudes of life is produced in the Zeiss Company in Jena, Germany. Its owner is Fang Fuqin, the old Red Army. From the War of Resistance Against Japan to the War of Liberation, from the White Mountains and Black Waters to the land of Guangdong, Fang Fuqin wore this telescope, participated in and directed many battles, experienced countless wars, and his footprints were spread throughout most of China.

In December 1907, Fang Fuqin was born in a farmer-employed family in Chashuiwan Village, Pingjiang County, Hunan Province. In June 1927, 19-year-old Fang Fuqin became an underground traffic officer of the Pingjiang County Committee of the Communist Party of China. Half a year later, he joined the Pingjiang guerrillas led by the Communist Party and began his combat career.

Fang Fuqin was loyal to the Party, the people, and the cause of communism during his 64-year revolutionary career. During the war years, he fought bravely, was injured 12 times in the battle, and made many military achievements. In the Battle of Shengfang in 1947, he led all the commanders and soldiers of the regiment to successfully contain the enemy's 49th Army and was commended by the military region.

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Fang Fuqin transferred to work in the 188bet game department. He retired gloriously in December 1982. He died on October 3, 1991 at the age of 84.

On March 15, 2021, Fang Fuqin's children donated the telescopes and many military medals that their father had treasured for many years to the Guangzhou 188bet game Museum. They have become precious physical textbooks for carrying out red education and inheriting the revolutionary torch.
